Hi! I am SINGARAPU NAGARAJU from Hanamkonda, Warangal, I come from a middle class family, I completed my lower education in government school and college and I passed my higher education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. After my graduation I worked in different companies but no where I felt that was my cup of tea. I always had a dream of running my own business but I didn't have any experience, skills or ability to run a successful business. I have seen some of my friends who have started their own businesses without experience and failed so I decided I don't want to be one of them. I wanted to first develop some skills in the business area and then start my own business

I figured out the best way to acquire business skills is from a sales and marketing company. I wanted to work for three months with any company, gain some experience and then start my own business.

I uploaded my resume on naukri.com and I got an email from Stride incorporation. I got attracted to the vision of the company - they want to develop 50 entrepreneurs by 2025 by providing dedicated training and mentoring.

It took me about 12 months to master sales and team management. The beauty of the whole thing is that I not only got to learn and develop my business skills but I got an opportunity to set up my own business. I have all the back-end support and constant coaching and mentoring from industry experts on a daily basis to ensure I run a successful business.  

Now I can proudly say that I run my own company  "Strive Solutions" and I can provide opportunities to others.

The vision of Strive Solutions by 2025 is to have 150+ people in 4 cities and I'm prepared to work hard in achieving this goal.
